Vehicle alignment was slightly off. Lighter adapter did not work, could not use my phone plugin charger. Washer fluid was empty. Below average rating from me.
The initially provided car had too many miles, the engine made strange noises, and the windshield wipers didn’t work properly. Later, they replaced it with a newer car with 5700 miles.
The staff were slow, and they all looked grumpy as if they hadn't slept. It took 40 minutes to get the car, which is longer than passing through US customs.
Wait time was nearly 2 hours to pick up the car but lady a counter was very helpful when we finally got there. Car that we booked was not available but we were upgraded.
