Booking platform was not easy. For a trip of 16 days I had to make 2 bookings, 1 for 4 days and 1 for 12 days for the same car (group) for a continuous 16 days.
Hopeless!
It was alright. I arrived very late and there was only one person at the counter, but the service was great. They offered additional services, but you can just decline.
This is my second time renting from Hertz. This time the car pickup process was faster, the staff were very professional, and the return process was quick as well. Very satisfied.
The return time was long. When I approached the counter there was no one there. Another customer was waiting and said the person was outside which took more than twenty minutes before they returned.
Like: Great price, it was very easy to book and we got a great car!
