The reserved car model was not available. Initially, they gave me an electric Volvo, but then replaced it with a Mazda that had low tire pressure and veered off while driving!
Hertz is truly a big company; the entire process was very organized and user-friendly. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition. When we picked up the car, we noticed some scratches on the wheel. After showing photos to the service desk, they said it was fine. Upon returning the car, they simply checked the odometer and fuel level and completed the inspection. They had held a $200 deposit when we picked up the car, which was promptly refunded to our card after the inspection. It was really fast.
