Car rental process was fast, service was good

I fully paid at the time of booking, but when picking up the car at the store, many additional chargeable items were added without any consultation, and over $300 was pre-authorized. Despite my repeated confirmations that it was just a deposit, I was inexplicably charged $319 for rescue insurance after swapping the car, even though I had already purchased road assistance insurance.

Very, very long lines to the desk ... waited more than one hour. It was Sunday in the middle of the day. But every other office had long lines too.

Waited for a long time to pick up car; otherwise good.
