When I booked, they said all customers could receive a Suburban. However, at pickup, the customer service said there were none left and gave me a GMC Yukon XL. In the parking lot, I noticed a ready-to-go Suburban parked diagonally opposite. I used my US driver's license and phone customer service for online pickup. So initially, the upselling services weren't too excessive. Still, not getting the car I wanted felt like a rip-off.

The staff's attitude was quite mediocre, not very friendly, and they kept pushing insurance and fuel options.
