It's surprising that such a big company doesn't have a POS machine. Manual entry had to be used for payment, and since I used a HSBC card, the bank saw it as a risky transaction and froze the merchant's account. I couldn't rent the car as a result.
Very poor experience. Firstly, I booked an Alfa but was forced to choose between a nine-seater manual and automatic. Because the car was too big, I opted for the automatic and had to pay an extra 20 euros. Secondly, I purchased full insurance, but the customer service told me to report to the police for a claim. The police did not accept it and did not provide any incident number. As a result, for a small scratch, the rental company charged me 200 euros.
