The queue time was quite long, and efficiency was low. It took six hours for the tow truck to arrive after a flat tire, and then we had to queue for another three hours to get a car. It wasted an entire day for us.
The queue was extremely long, each person took 15 minutes to process and the staff were very impatient. I reserved a BMW X1 but got a Peugeot 2008 instead; they said it's the same class but which Chinese person would agree with that? I couldn't understand the deposit payment slip and they couldn't be bothered to explain.
Good service attitude, didn't have to wait long. However, I was very unhappy with the random car model change. Check my final comment for more details.
Poor service. When we returned the car, we showed them the penalty ticket and asked if anything needed to be done. They said there was no problem, but later they brought up the ticket again and charged a service fee without helping to resolve it. I've never seen such a terrible company.
