“We didn’t get the car we had booked. Took an hour to pick up the car.”

We didn’t get the 7-seater we booked - instead they gave us a 5-seater. Customer service was very, very slow. It took us an hour to pick up the car even though there was only one other customer picking up. Shuttle bus was not signposted at airport and we were not informed by email.
