Avis people were extremely helpful and friendly.

On the ”pick up” instructions it said to “go to the Budget counter,” I waited in a huge line at the Budget counter for over 40 minutes only to be told I need to go to the Avis counter. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy but if the instructions said go directly to Avis this could’ve been avoided. The instructions also said “shuttle bus,” when in reality it was a tram/light rail. Yes, minor detail, but when you’ve got a tired wife and two kids breathing down your neck these minor details matter. Not really complaints at all just things to mention that someone may freak out about.

The vehicle was exactly what we needed. Minor scuffs, staff were great to accept it was there prior to rental. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Really easy to use and great value! Better than I found anywhere else. Sadly the Price Tracker didn’t find a better price, maybe next time.
