It's okay

I booked three identical cars several months in advance, but when picking up, none were available. They said the cars were rented out and hadn't returned yet, and I might have to wait for hours with no guarantee of availability. We had to downgrade to smaller models, but the price didn't drop. It was twice as expensive as renting through other platforms.

We had to wait for 2 hours when picking up the car, it was unbearable. The store's efficiency is too low. We booked for a noon pickup at 12, but only got the car after 2 PM.

1. The process took a long time, and the queue was very long. I encountered a thief while waiting in line inside the store, and my backpack was stolen. 2. I returned the car at a different airport location around 9 PM (the scheduled time). Since I couldn't find a gas station, I went to the store first to ask for directions and specifically asked the staff if it would be counted as a return within the same day if I took some time to refuel. After the staff confirmed it wouldn't be considered late, I went to refuel. However, upon returning the car, a different person took the keys, and the system recorded the return time as 6 AM the next day, charging me an extra day's fee!

We did not yet receive a confirmation of drop-off since we had to drop off the vehicle before business hours by dropping the car key in a lock box. Customer service at pickup was fantastic !
