I was actually upgraded to a Toyota Camry because Hertz had no more compacts available. Very nice.

The counter staff could have provided charging details (i.e., how it is billed since Tesla charging is associated with the car, not an external credit card or the like). Also, a charging cable for non-Tesla charging would have added flexibility (although Tesla charging network is great).

We had to wait quite a while for pick up for no reason really. The gentleman who served was polite and friendly but the lady was quite rude. There was also 3 drivers I presume who are hertz employees and I felt 2 of them we’re very unprofessional and unpleasant to 1 in front of us. Dropped off out of hours and had no envelope so had to fine pen and paper to write details on and post through.

Hertz was good. No complaints. Counter staff was a bit more helpful than outside staff, though overall everyone was good.

The price drop protector was amazing. Saved me money. The booking process was easy.

Hertz did not have the advertised class available. I had to pay a premium for an SUV.

Dislike: Car was a little dirty
