Fabulous addition to our holiday in New England.

1. It took 2 hours to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. 2. The order was for a Ford Edge, but they replaced it with a Mitsubishi. The staff searched the parking lot for an hour, only to find out that the car wasn't there. They then replaced it with a Honda CRV. The car models kept getting smaller, and I wonder if the price changed as well. 3. The staff kept pushing additional insurance and delayed the processing of the car rental. Overall, very dissatisfied with this rental experience.

Waited in line for 1 hour, and during check-in, they said a lot of things I didn't understand. After returning the car, my credit card was charged another 96 dollars. I'm currently disputing it... Previously, with DoLe Rent a Car, they just checked my passport and driver's license and gave me the car. Even with the same budget, different platforms can vary so much.

The service from large rental companies is top-notch. I booked a mid to large size SUV from the Ford Edge group, but they didn't have any available, so they upgraded me for free to a 7-seater Chrysler from the MPV group. Although I actually wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, unfortunately, they didn't have any either.

None for now…only excellent service.
