I booked a Van with 15 passenger and 4 bags so I have enough space but the Van we got did not have space for a single luggage. We had to accommodate. Everything else was good. I would recommend not to book exact van according to the description, always opt for a larger one then you actually need.
It was a horrible experience. The first car had mechanical problems and was beat up and filthy. I took it back and they gave me another car which was also dirty so they vacuumed it. The girl left her cell phone in the car (she said) and harassed me claiming I stole it when I looked everywhere she said and couldn't find it. She found it when I returned the car (she said). I have no idea where it was. She didn't say. I will NEVER rent from them again.
they will do their best to get more money out of you. they offered the $3 upgrade to more than one person while I was standing.
if you complain about the car they give you for any reason, they will tell you they don't have another one in the same price range, but if you pay an extra $3 per day they will get you a better car or a car without whatever you complained about. other than that, the staff seems nice. but the whole process lacks some integrity.

Pressure sales are not a great way to be successful for business cause the customers don’t come back, scaring customers what might happen if additional packages aren’t bought risks customers loyalty and good ratings if it doesn’t benefit. I get it it’s the biz but as the customer honesty would of got a lot more business, loyalty and good ratings.
