The staff were very experienced, but they added insurance to the order without specifically informing me during the rental process. Since I didn't notice the final price, I was unknowingly charged dozens of dollars for insurance, even though I had already purchased full coverage on QEEQ.

1. Extra insurance was pushed when picking up the car. They said we needed to buy liability insurance for $16 per day. For safety reasons, we added it, but later felt it was unnecessary. 2. They asked us to return the car with an empty tank and charged us over $50, claiming that fuel in NY is expensive. This seemed off since returning with a full tank typically costs around $40. 3. The hotline response was extremely slow. 4. Unhappy with the vehicle: We booked a Grand Cherokee but were given a Buick mid-size SUV. A full-size SUV like the Ford Explorer would have been more appropriate. 5. On the third day, it showed that the oil level was low. 6. On the seventh day, the left rear tire pressure dropped to 15. Contacted the hotline, talked for at least half an hour, they said they'd arrange for a nearby service to replace the car, but we received no follow-up. We ended up changing the spare tire ourselves and spent $20 to check and fix the tire at a gas station. In summary, I've driven in the US three times, and also in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and this was the worst service I've experienced.

Not sure why, but the GPS was not included and requires an extra fee. I remember my friend recommending you and saying GPS was included. Please clarify this, thank you!

Clear and efficient service. The car was in good condition and clean.

The staff were not overly pushy when picking up the car, unlike the last time with Budget where the agent was deceitful. The staff when returning the car were even more welcoming and efficient; the return process was incredibly smooth and convenient.

Everything was great except for the pushy insurance sales. We had a rear-end collision in Colorado, but even after contacting the store, the return process was still efficient and smooth.

Very efficient and no pushy sales. They only suggested a bigger car after I mentioned we had many people and luggage. We rented a larger Buick Enclave, the extra cost was reasonable, and the car was nearly new and very comfortable to drive.

At pickup, the counter staff were aggressively upselling various insurances, and their attitude was arrogant and rude, making for a very bad experience. However, the service was excellent when returning the car.

Foreign driver's licenses cannot use self-service pick-up, but the counter service is very good! There are plenty of vehicle options, and there's no hard sell for additional services. The process is very convenient; you just need to provide the destination address for the first day.

Returning the car was very easy. There's no need to go to the counter; just follow the signs for 'rental car return' and drive to the Alamo location. Someone will wave you down to stop. They only check if the gas tank is full, then let you take their shuttle bus to the airport.
