The return process was very quick.

Very clear. Present the QEEQ pickup order, get the documents, swipe the card, and there's someone to hand over the car and give a clear explanation.

Pretty good! Didn't encounter any surcharge issues. Service was great, we asked a lot of questions and the guy answered them all.

Very smooth and just little things about the insurance. I bought the extra for insurance. Don’t understand why they kept saying I still have to buy another one..

Reliable

A $99 CAD refueling fee upon return is very expensive. They charged $612 CAD at pickup including a deposit, and another $423 CAD after return. I complained to Zuzuche, but no response yet.

The pickup location is clearly marked and easy to find. It's in the parking lot next to the terminal, within walking distance. Returning the car is also very convenient; just follow the green line on the ground in the parking lot. There are plenty of staff available, unlike other companies where you have to do self-return. You can have the car inspected on the spot and know if you need to pay any extra fees. The staff are friendly and the car is new. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Forgot my bag in the car during return, the staff immediately helped retrieve it! Very grateful!

There was only one person in line when picking up the car, so the process was quite fast. Initially, they gave me the wrong car, a Ford FLEX, which was also large but smaller than the Suburban. I estimated that the luggage space wouldn't be sufficient, so they changed it after I pointed it out. They strongly recommended the roadside assistance plan, which costs 7 CAD per day. I hadn't intended to buy it, but considering the mountain roads, I bought it for peace of mind. In the end, I didn't need to use it. When returning the car, I was charged a late fee. After disputing it, the fee was waived. Although I did return the car about ten minutes late, the staff had indicated that up to an hour would be fine, which is why I was a bit late. Next time, I'll make sure to return it on time. My agreement was to return the car with a full tank, but the gas station attendant didn't fill it completely, which wasn't really my fault as I had asked him to fill it up. Fortunately, there was no penalty.

Previously used Alamo for a road trip in the USA, and chose it again for this trip to Canada!

This is the only company so far that added insurance even after I declined it. I usually don't check carefully, and I've never had any unauthorized additions before, so I felt comfortable signing off. This time it was particularly annoying. Luckily, it was a short rental, and they only charged me an extra 50 CAD.

Clean and new car, easy to deal with

This is my second time renting from this company. The first time was in Toronto, where they had a service counter at the airport, making both pickup and drop-off very easy. This time, I upgraded the vehicle at the counter to an SUV, which came with a very useful GPS.

The car pickup process was simple and the return was convenient.

The counter staff tried to change the car typed and sell more insurance to us. We spent about 1hr to pick up the car. Course our plan was delay..
