Very good.

I rented a car from Thrifty in New Zealand and got a traffic violation. The police asked Thrifty to terminate the rental contract, so I had no car to drive. I had to use other means of transportation to get to another city where I could rent a car. I sought assistance from Thrifty during this process but received no meaningful help.

The service was excellent, and the process of picking up and dropping off the car was easy. The vehicle was relatively new. We had an accident and needed to change cars, and the staff patiently helped us get the same model (we were lucky there happened to be one available).

The procedures were simple. As long as you had the basic information, it was fine. The staff was very nice.
