Friendly customer service who took great concern about the distance that the vehicle would be travelling given the weather conditions and upgraded to an all wheel drive vehicle. Thankyou Thrifty!
Very satisfied. Although there were questions about insurance during pickup, once informed that I already purchased it through the rental platform, the counter quickly handed me the car without any further hassle.
“The vehicle was clean and easy to use. No problems”

Need to be more clear on the GPS device. It’s offered in the original quote so we expected to at least have an option to get one. At pick up no option was given to use a portable GPS device. Our only option was via an app on our Mobile phone device. When travelling we don’t always want to use our data roaming on our phones so a portable device is useful. Nowhere in the quote that it said it was not available. Was an issue at the start when no options given
“Pick up bad. The car ( Chevy Malibu) and everything else was excellent”

The computers at the check in were malfunctioning and the was a 50minute wait. They seemed antagonistic to us for booking with QEEQ and not directly with them. They tried to get us to buy extra insurance implying our already paid for options with QEEQ May not operate efficiently.
There was no staff member to run us through the controls of the hire car. It took us 30 mins to use the manual and get a necessary knowledge of where everything was located.
Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.
Very satisfied. I booked a seven-seater car, but after picking it up and loading the luggage, I discovered it only had six seats. I drove back to exchange the car, and the staff were happy to assist.
Overall it was okay. The car's condition was average, with 10,000 kilometers on the odometer when I got it. The cleanliness was just so-so. The car was cheap, so I didn't expect much in terms of power.
