It was not the category I booked; they downgraded the car at will.

Fast processing speed.

Car reserved was not available. Was charged an extra $153 for an upgrade. Was not happy. Previously if this happened I was not charged the difference (not Budget). Not my problem that reserved car was not available.

budget refused to rent a car to me because they refused to accept my license. I had just rented a car 2 weeks prior with the same license. Terrible customer service and rude agents.

Staff help was very good. Only problem is finding the car. They need someone in the garage to guide you.

Easy and no problems

Charged me more than expected.

Long lines and few agents, waited for a long time. When it was finally my turn, they wanted to charge extra for a car with GPS because of the sound system. I refused and had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager. They first gave me a Prius, which I refused again, then the manager spent another 20 minutes to get me a Chrysler 300 with GPS.

Excellent! All the car rental companies are in one hall. Picked up the car by number. It was a brand new car, never used. Awesome!!!

There were over twenty people in line, and only one person was working. I don't know what the others were doing in the office, but at the very least, they need to ensure the counter service. The service attitude was okay, but the unexplained charges were very confusing. I was charged a deposit twice, paid the rental fee in advance, and was unexpectedly charged again when returning the car. They said the deposit and charges would be refunded within two business days, but there has been no news. Make sure to purchase third-party liability insurance before booking, otherwise, you won't be able to pick up the car.

Unclear instructions for picking up and dropping off the car.

They said it was a free upgrade with no extra charges, but they debited over 1000 RMB from my credit card.

Overall, it was okay. However, when picking up the car, they always try to upsell me on a vehicle upgrade and additional insurance.

The counter staff made me choose option with the gas charges of $66.45, when I specifically told him i will return gas full. The lady in Lexington told me about this charges and to call costumer service in Chicago. I did and the person was very unfriendly, seemed very busy and lie i was bohor him asking for me refund. He told me to send him receipt of my gas purchases, even though in the system was put that i return the vehicle with gas full. I didn't have time and patience to deal with him. I call costumer service in Lexington and they told me right away I will get refund within 1-3 days. I requested mini van I received Nissan Pathfinder. the car was spacious, smooth and easy to drive until night time. In the dark lights were so little i couldn't see the rode at all. I was scared to drive and very tired my eyes because of the lights. I will never again choose that car.

The rented car came with an e-pass, but I didn't activate or use it. I paid the tolls online myself to avoid duplicate charges from the rental company. When I returned the car, I informed the branch about this, but they said it wasn't their concern. After some time, I was still charged for the tolls and the e-pass usage. I contacted the rental service customer support several times to seek their help in resolving this, but it didn't work. Eventually, I had to negotiate with the toll company myself for two months to get a refund.

Originally booked vehicle was fine without an upgrade, but was misled by sales into an unnecessary upgrade. Sales also misled about fuel charges, road tolls, etc., and didn't install an automatic payment device. Very poor experience.

Car was a bit dirty

The staff was terrible, charged a lot of extra fees, repeatedly confirmed it was a deposit that would be returned upon car return, but in the end, was inexplicably charged a lot of fees! Very bad service, the first part of the rental with Hertz was very good.
