It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.
Some staff at the rental company had an average attitude, while others were okay. The car's condition was average. At first, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle, which we thought was a nice bonus, but it turned out the larger car was hard to drive and had frequent issues. The parking sensor in 'P' mode was broken, making it hard to park properly at one point. We reluctantly drove over two hours to exchange the car. During the exchange, we spent a long time negotiating back and forth, and the replacement car immediately showed an engine oil replacement warning. We had to spend another half a day dealing with that, which was very exhausting.
I followed the instructions to return the car and received a bill with no additional charges, but my credit card was repeatedly charged at midnight for two consecutive days without any explanation or invoice. I have no idea what the charges are for, and neither Hertz nor the car rental platform have responded after a week! It feels extremely risky to authorize my credit card to them! The car was in good condition, but how can this unauthorized charge issue be resolved?
Pick up was a breeze. Very very good staff at the rental location. They couldn’t have been more helpful. No improvement necessary if only all rental companies were like this

I've been renting cars from this company since arriving in the US. The overall service is excellent, the waiting time is short, and they even upgraded our car.
Very satisfied with the service. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would take three days when returning the car, but the platform mentioned it might take up to a month.
