I booked a package for an Audi A3 auto.
However they charged me more because it wasn't available and gave me a Renault capture. Which is a lower classed vehicle.
They also did the same with the lady in front of us who came off the same flight. Which shows that for commission they are cheating the customers.
Extremely satisfied. I chose this car rental company with a sense of exploration, but today I must say, this is the most professional car rental company I've used in Europe. All the service terms were exactly as displayed on the website, with every charge clearly explained before making any transactions. The only downside is the mileage limit (the website shows 500 km/day, but it was actually 400 km/day when picking up the car). This mileage is not sufficient for a trip to the hot air balloon ride, as the round trip to the airport alone requires 650 km.

I booked a Mercedes but they did not have one. I was given a Renault instead. If I knew that they did not have a Mercedes I would have booked a smaller cheaper car.
Also as I pucked up the car at Antalya airport and returned it at Izmir airport I was not familiar with the drop off location. Communication with helpdesk was difficult due to their proficiency in English. They could have provided a map during pickup as to where the car drop off location is. I spent half hour just looking for it
Finally reached this stage! Due to a flight delay and the airline in Turkey losing my luggage, I was unable to pick up the car within six hours of the scheduled time, leading the rental company to charge me the full prepayment without refund. I called the car rental service immediately after the flight delay, and they tried their best to help. Anyone who has experienced a flight delay and lost luggage simultaneously knows how frustrating it is. However, this terrible rental company showed no empathy whatsoever (I was later extorted by traffic police for 26,000 lira while driving in Turkey). I want to emphasize: I paid the full prepayment, not just a reservation fee. For those days, the car's usage rights were supposed to be mine even if I hadn't shown up on time. They shouldn't have rented it to someone else as I was only a few hours late. It was deeply unfair to not at least partially refund me. I don't want to say much more, but it's like throwing money away. It's regrettable that our great ancestors didn't manage to eradicate certain reptilian beings. Just my opinion, though many online say Turkey is a wonderful place. Indeed, I received good service elsewhere. Finally, I hope this rental company chokes on the double earnings. If you pollute the Bosphorus with your greed, Istanbul won't be as beautiful. Lastly, I wish your currency skyrockets in value.
I got a new car with 1200 kilometers. I rented it for 8 days and drove the entire route without any issues. The experience was great, and the rental fee was indeed low, around 100 yuan per day. 5 stars!
The car rental company is actually pretty good. They should have more confidence in Dacia. It's a large car, and even though the features are a bit lacking, it's still acceptable. The trunk can fit two 18-inch suitcases with some space left over. The driving experience is just average.
The staff at the store are honest. I returned the car in a hurry, and the pre-authorization wasn't released yet. However, there were no upsells for insurance or anything when picking up the car. When I returned the car later than expected, I was in a rush to catch my flight. Nobody was there initially, which made me a bit anxious. But when I came back at the scheduled time, someone showed up and quickly checked the car.
I'll be renting another car in a couple of days, so I will provide another review regarding the rental fees.

I rented a car through your location in Turkey Istanbul Sabiha airport and they took a car warranty of 3000 thousand Turkish Liras from me and when the car was delivered, they informed me that they would refund the deposit amount within 7 days and when checking on My Account I was surprised to get a refund of 357 liras !!! Out of 3000 thousand lira, the amount of 2643 lira was deducted !!!؟؟؟ Please contact the rental company and get the discounted amount back, and thank you very much

The experience was very bad. The car given to us had already covered 60,000 kilometers, a white Dacia Duster. The front windshield was blurry. If anyone gets this car, immediately ask the rental company to change it. This car has mechanical issues. After picking up the car at the airport, we headed towards Fethiye. About 100 kilometers in, the engine made a strange noise and started to smoke. We called the rental company for assistance, but they were indifferent and told us to keep driving. After another 2 kilometers, the smoke got worse. We stopped at a gas station and asked the staff for help. They called the rental company and explained the car couldn't be driven any further. They even found a local mechanic to check it. Only after the mechanic spoke with the rental company did they send help. It took 6 hours from when the car broke down at 3 PM to get back to the Antalya airport branch, 100 kilometers away. They gave us an identical car when we returned, with no apology. We expressed concerns about the same issues happening again and asked to change cars. We were even willing to accept a downgrade, but the rental company was very uncooperative. The branch manager told us to ask our agent to cancel the booking since we didn't pay directly to them, or to find a better rental company if we wanted to cancel, otherwise to take the same car. The experience was extremely poor and very frustrating.
