Like: Our rental experience went without a "hitch" and we are satisfied with this rental provider

Both pickup and drop-off were quite fast. The pickup spot is not within the airport; a shuttle bus will pick you up after you call. The bus fare seems to be charged separately to the credit card, in addition to the payment at the store. Overall, it was pretty good.

Waited at the airport for almost an hour before being picked up, nobody answered the phone

I rented a Toyota Corolla hatchback, but received a Mazda 2 hatchback, which is significantly smaller. The representative was an Indian with a heavy accent, making communication difficult. The company's location is very far from the airport, and although they offer airport shuttle service, I had to wait an entire hour at the airport! Very dissatisfied!

The company is quite good. The guy with dreadlocks was cool and the Indian girl at reception was nice. As long as you communicate actively, everything can be resolved. We were two hours late picking up the car, but after communicating, it was agreed upon smoothly.

The service was good, no queues, and the process was quite timely.

It was pretty quick check in and out which was great. The car had a bit of a weird smell when we got it and the front windscreen was very dirty and there possibly was an issue with the tint on the windscreen as there were tiny bubbles that made it difficult to see depending on the weather.

Like: Small economical vehicle which is what I was looking for the purpose of my trip.

Like: I liked how straight forward the whole process was, how obliging the staff were and the bang for buck.
Dislike: My partner got one car and I had another, her car was terrible to drive, no reflection on the company but if they had to update their cars I would suggest they don’t get anymore Fiat Puntos

Like: The car is easy to drive, easy to park, petrol consumption is low, rental fees are reasonable. An Excellent mode of transportation for travel.

Like: The price was nothing like I was expecting but the service was great, very helpful and friendly staff, thanks a heap!

Upon arrival in Christchurch, we couldn't reach the rental company as no one answered the phone. After multiple attempts, we finally got in touch, but we had to wait a long time for the shuttle. When we arrived at the rental office, we had to stand in line for a long time to complete the paperwork. The staff weren't particularly friendly. Overall, it took more than an hour from landing to getting the car.

They close at 8 PM sharp and only reopen at 8 AM the next day. During this time, all fixed-line and customer service phones go straight to voicemail. So, if you have any issues during this period, you cannot contact the rental company. Therefore, it's best to avoid this rental company if your plane lands after 7 PM, since after 8 PM, you won't be able to reach anyone to complete the rental process.

Good rental company! The service was also great! On the first day, I noticed the paint was scratched after driving out. I took pictures and notified them via phone and email (it wasn't our fault).
