We were unhappy by the long wait in the very small and crowded office. But most upsetting was the pressure put on us to purchase the highway toll package which amounted to $112 Canadian for one week. We were told that if we didn't buy the package we could incur approx $100 US in fines. We were also told that some of the toll booths don't take payment other than through a registered pass system. We would not be able to turn around and thus get dinged with a fine. We tried to explain that we were primarily commuting between our hotel and Disney World. We thought that EasyRent would have a better knowledge of the number of tolls. However, we took their advice and purchased the toll package just to be safe. As it turned out, we passed through no more than 2 tolls. So guess who made the extra money? So what we thought was a great car rental deal turned out to be an extra $112 CND. A learning experience for sure!

Car was very basic (no central licking, windy windows etc). Counter staff at pickup very rude and said my credit card had expired, card actually expires at end of the month. This was not explained in any paperwork or at the time of booking. Tried to charge extra $400 so I could use my debit card. Eventually had to pay $1800 deposit on my works credit card. Another couple in the pickup location were having a similar problem and were also being charged lots of extra for their booking. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.
In contrast the drop off could not have been easier!
I was never picked up from the airport, charged for a rental that I never received. Each time I called the Orlando office, I was placed on hold and then eventually hung up on, then when calling back, no one would answer the phone. I had to call from a different number to get someone on the line to only be told that they canceled my reservation and I would not be given a refund. This was as of 7/11/2019. Today is 7/17/19 and I have yet to receive a response as to how and when I will be refunded. I contacted the person who referred me to them and advised them to cancel as well.

The line in the office was insane. The whole booking and return process of the site is completely disorganised and has no in-out flow like normal rentals. They just pick random cars off the grass and yard outside. Cars were scruffy. Be prepared to wait at least an hour to collect or return a vehicle.

Car was fairly newer. No issues with car itself. But the customer service at the location was horrid. We weren't the only ones who had issues. One family left and rented elsewhere. Horrible customer service, will never use this company again

We gave up after waiting an hour for a shuttle bus and because after several attempts to reach you, no one answered your phone. We never got the car! This terrible service is totally unacceptable.
The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The hire company did not release the car to me as they would not accept my credit card, also they tried to withdraw 1800 dollars from my credit card before agreeing to release the car even though my contract said it would be less than 300 dollars. Ended up being left stranded miles from my destination and had to pay a $90 uber to get there and having to book another car later on which cost me another 200 dollars. The staff at Easirent Orlando are the worst kind of people I have ever met and should not in such a customer service focused role. Couldnt care less about anyone, everyone in the queue in front of me were having similar issues regarding insurance and the hard sale on EZ passes at an exorbitant $10 a day, even lying that the tolls no longer accepted cash. Never again will I book a car from Easirent in Orlando and will be contacting EasyRentCars in due course to seek a full refund.

Had tire that was leaking air and had to immediately turn around and fill up after picking up car, plus had to fill up every day. Key fob was not working correctly and was in fear of key not working and thus being stranded entire trip. Car was dirty, inside and out and had dents and scratches all over it.

No and the customer service was terrible. They did not have a SUV nor a car for me and I had prepaid in full. I had to be shuttled back to the airport and rent a car at the last minute so the price was higher than it would have been had I booked it earlier. I am still waiting to be refunded. The attendant there asked for a deposit that could be anywhere from $350-$500 that was not mentioned at booking.

We waited for almost 40 minutes for the van to pick us up . When it arrived people were getting off and were extremely upset, saying they were at the pickup location for 2 hours and still didn't get a car. The van driver called the office and my wife talked to the lady there questioning the line there and the lack of cars available and the lady said that they had issues there and would credit our rental charge. That didn't help us with a rental car @ 10:00 P.M. We found another car for over double the cost and finally went on our way. That was the worst car rental experience we've ever had. NEVER AGAIN!
The staff refused to give me the car unless introduced a bank document or paid an extra $249 .
When I refused and asked for the manager she told me in would need to hold $1800 on my credit card to take the car. In had no choice. They also left me at the airport for 45 minutes in 99 F heat with a 4 year old.
The car stunk of cigarette smoke.

staff didnt provide similar cars even though it was mentioned in portal while booking and asked for extra charges.
Had to wait for 30 minutes while picking up car and people were shouting at the time of pick up car .
Car was dirty inside and out .
there was a TPMS error in the car which made me freak out through out the trip .
They are the worst hire company that I have ever used, you should consider taking them off your site.
Their shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick me up. When I picked up the car they told me that I either had to leave a deposit of $1800 on my card which I would not receive back until around 4 weeks after I dropped the car back off. The alternative was to pay them $390.00 to waiver this, this is the option I took. That fee was more than the rental fee it’s self. Absolute rip off.

Registration attendant was rude and very pushy. Used fear tactics to intimidate clients to purchase excessive insurance. Did not give us clear directions as to where the car was on the lot. He seemed disgruntled due to the fact that we did not use his upgrades. Not good business. I am a seasoned business traveler and will not use your rental agency again. When we received the car the interior windows were dirty and parking tickets from your last client were still in the window.
The attendant was more interested in chatting than renting a car. There were two couples renting when we came in, waited over 40 minutes to get waited on. If I had not prepaid I would have left but did not want to fight over refund. Finally got waited on to find they made me get my insurance company to verify policy or they would not allow waiving of insurance. Tried to give me a compact car instead of full-size. Car had broken mirror and scratches on almost every surface. Told had to bring back full tank even though car was at 3/4 tank. Attendant did change that to bring back at 3/4 tank. Air conditioner (I think) made a gurgling noise off and on for all five days, limited cooling effect. Only good thing was it really made me happy to get home and drive my own car. Drop off experience was good.
