There was no one at the airport counter on the day of rental. Thanks to the kind help of the Japanese staff from the neighboring brand, I was able to take the bus to the rental company.
“Izu (Atami-Ito-Shuzenji)-Hakone-Tokyo City Center-Narita Airport”
About Nissan:10.0/10
When returning the car at the UDX Center in Tokyo, there was a young man with glasses who, despite the language barrier, was very enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything for us.
Due to the typhoon, the Narita Airport office provided a shuttle bus that took us back to the departure level.
The car was in good but the car navigation system was not working. I needed to use google map to lead my way in my whole trip. I have raised a complaint to the Nissan staff when I returned the car and requested them to fix the problem before giving the car to the next driver. Overall, the Nissan staff and the car were good and I had a good rental experience apart from the car navigation system.
The staff were friendly and helpful and we stumbled along successful with our language issues!
Easy pick up and returned in the eve on Sunday- they were still open!
Very easy.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Very pleased with Easyrentcars.
Will use again for sure!
Lack of communication between staff. There is no relevant record for the change of car. The instructions for picking up the car are not the same as when returning the car.
The counter staff was very helpful and even though they had limited english proficiency, there were printed instructions with pictures for us to go through. I appreciate that they provide some useful traffic rules which came in very handy for us first time drivers in Tokyo.
Great service, took less than 10 minutes to pick up the car and 5 minutes to return it. They also provided information about gas stations before return, and directions to the return location using maps...
The staff service was very professional. They don't speak much English, but there are English translation documents available. Renting the car wasn't troublesome.
