At first they had some challenges with my international card and drivers license but it was quickly dealt with by a senior member of staff.

El coche estuvo bien. No me reconocieron la cobertura de seguro contrata a través de QEEQ por tanto me volvieron a cobrar el seguro

Good modern facilities with little waiting

Every thing look fine to me

We were supposed to get a saloon car but they didn't have one so we had to make do with large pick up truck. We told them we wanted a car or even a SUV but they wouldn't entertain us. The girl at Avis was very unhelpful. We managed to go to Avis office in Kissimmee the following evening and they exchanged the truck for a saloon car. However the saloon car then became faulty with all electrics closing down. So no blinkers and nothing showing on dashboard. Very frightening. We had to go back again the next day and eventually got a small SUV. Terrible service from Avis at MCO.

We had a puncture so spare wheel was fitted by the roadside by a friend. Puncture was repaired by Avis with no charge and tyre refitted.

En la devolución teniamos un poco de arena en el coche y por ese motivo nos han robado 50$ en nuestra opinión demasiado. Por otro lado el aparca coches de avis muy antipatico. No nos ayudo en nada.

Fine. Smooth at both ends.

First electric car rental. Did well in the conditions. Wiper fluid was not full when I got the car so driving back empty was an issue.

Need ability to add Preferred Number

Avis was good, EXCEPT, they made two unauthorized charges to our credit card with no explanation, or copy of a receipt that may help. We dropped car off early in the day, so no attendant. Avis was also aware of extended rental, as the desk attendant had to ask another attendant about what to do, and we assumed that this was allowed for, but it wasn’t reflected on our rental agreement. Very difficult to reach anyone at Avis to discuss this. Placed on hold for over an hour, so I just hung up. I will try again to reach them to discuss these issues.

No additional comments, better information on office locations would help

The car exceed my expectation and the counter was good.

Hay pocas personas en el counter al momento de la recogida, y mucha gente en la fila, lo cual demora la retirada.

Would have been nice to have a blue parking disc, first time I have received a car without it. Had a question on the rental, provided with wrong email and phone number for the local branch, corporate email went to the UK and were promised an answer in 'normal response time' still waiting..
