Staffing of counter was awful. Only 1 person to get everyone checked out and took almost an hour at 12:45 am when other counters had multiple people working the counter and got their lines out in a matter of minutes. Everything else was wonderful.

Overall service was good. We booked a Chevrolet Malibu but were given a choice between a Toyota Camry and a Kia model (forgot the name). In China, these are considered mid-size cars. We chose the Camry and got one with a sports package. The power was sufficient, the space was nice, and the trunk could fit two 28-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase, and 2-3 regular-sized backpacks. A colleague hit a pole while reversing, causing the door to dent. We asked customer service about it and were told we didn't need to worry when returning the car, which turned out to be true. The insurance covered it.

The car was clean and roomy. The pick up experience worked well. The car itself had a very poorly coordinated transmission with its turbo which made it very frustrating at times when driving. We tried booking this car 5 times on the Thrifty site and they all failed so move to Easyrentcars and it worked fine.

This website and system worked fine. No issues at the counter and the remaining funds owed were as described when booking.

ICE cars are not worth any future investments, please make EV rentals available.

Missing EV rentals

My name was not separated on my reservation as it showed in my confirmation. It made my first and last name as my first name. Counter person argued with me at 1 am that they couldn’t rent to me because of that. He called a manager to take care of the issue but something like that should have never happened.

Reserved Small ford suv but ended up with Kia suv. I did reserve early but still received the Kia? It was ok but not what I ordered R.A. umscheid

Counter staff was very professional.

Over the phone contact was difficult and a little confusing. Otherwise, happy with the rental.

The customer service was truly awful. Charges came out of the woodwork, the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was horrible until checking in. Khan, checking it in was very kind. Everyone else was either useless or worse.

Overall satisfied with the service, no extra charges, no forced sales. Shenzhou forces sales.

unintentionally additional insurance was added. i should checked at pickup. but guy in the checkin counter didn’t tell me it in detail.

I have been charged for a GPS I returned on the pick-up day despite it being returned and supposedly refunded as the car already had one. The customer service for the pick up and drop off was abysmal at best. EasyRentCars App was great, but Budget were unable to deliver. I would not use again, and I’m still having difficulties getting my refund for the GPS. The car was dirty on collection, it was a lesser model, and only had half a tank of petrol (not a full tank).

I began to get very annoyed by the counter person because I had already purchased insurance through Easyrenters and he used scare tactics to try and get me to purchase more insurance.

I appreciate that you all keep an eye on better deals and now Im getting $14 back!! Thank you.

I didn't get the car I asked for but the one I got was comparable. I wish someone had taken us to the car and showed us how a few things worked. We stood out in the rain trying to figure out where the trunk button was.

I found a cheaper price a few weeks after I booked. No one notified me and I had to cancel the one and re book for the cheaper price.

I had trouble understanding the customer service reps on the phone even though they were very helpful.

Following the airport signs, we quickly found the location with no lines. The pickup and drop-off process was very convenient, and the service was excellent.

Nice upgrade. Friendly staff. Easy pick up and return.
