Dislike: They forced me to hire an insurance even though I already had one

Satisfied, but communicating with the staff requires some patience due to the language barrier.

Good attitude

The car model was quite old and difficult to drive, and there were scratches on the car.

I booked an Audi but got a SEAT instead. They bait and switch, and I was forced to buy additional insurance at the rental store; otherwise, they wouldn't give me the car.

Like: best car hire experience i have ever had price was the best value for money and the car was excellent no faults it was as good as new

They overcharged 15 euros for service fees. It took 20 minutes to get through to the rental car company, and after a long discussion between customer service and the store staff, I had to make the payment first, wasting an hour. It is still unresolved.

Long queues for ticketing, staff had a very indifferent attitude.

Like: Very helpful agent. Made great suggestions about what to see in a limited time.

Service attitude was decent. Our flight was delayed until midnight, as were many others, but we still got our car without any nighttime service fee.

Too many customers and too few staff! Shuttle bus service is poor, driver's attitude is bad! Long queues! Wasted a lot of time!

The rental company didn't accept the translated notarized document and tried to trick me into paying more, but I ended up getting the same model as I booked.

The staff were arrogant and rude, and there were hidden fees with forced insurance sales. After repeated negotiations with the rental company, their attitude softened somewhat, but we were still forced to buy additional insurance. This is the worst rental agency we've used through this platform. Just the international call fees to resolve our disputes cost me over 400, which was more expensive than the rental itself. One star because there's no option for zero.

Forced to buy insurance, cannot use non-chip credit cards for deposit.
