The official translation provided by the rental platform was not accepted on site. They insisted I get a translation from the car rental company, which took a long time. I finally got the car after much hassle. Initially, they gave me a manual car, saying the staff entered the wrong info, making me wait an additional 30 minutes to get another car.

Although there were language barriers, the staff was patient and efficiently handled the car pickup and return procedures. Especially on the 13th when we changed the drop-off location, the company was very accommodating!

Unjustified charges, they overcharged an extra day and also added a fee for different drop-off location. After a complaint, they refunded over 50 euros, but it still wasn't enough.

Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. The service was quick, friendly, and trustworthy. They upgraded my manual car reservation to an automatic without any extra charge. The car was new, clean, and well-maintained. The car exchange and paperwork were faster than I expected. I will definitely use them again next time. Thank you for their excellent service!

The service was great. They gave us a two categories higher car without extra charge because the requested was not available. The counter at the ibiza airport gives priority to the arrived flights versus clients that are already at the island (3 employees on one side, none on the other). That annoyed us but after complaining one employee helped us.
