The service was professional. Although they introduced additional insurance, they proceeded with other formalities without any unpleasantness after I declined. The vehicle was relatively new and in good condition.
Se hizo un cambio de coche , rentamos un Opel Grand Land, y nos dieron un 2008, el cuál tiene menos espacio en la maletera.

Overall rental was a great value for the price. Shuttle to the rental office was relatively easy and quick. Counter service was extremely slow and the only complaint. Waited 30-45 minutes to get the car with only two guests in front of us. Return was not a problem, service was fast and shuttle was available shortly to the airport.
Couldn’t see where to catch the shuttle bus outside airport.
