The overall service of OK Mobility was acceptable. However, the guy who assisted me during pickup took too long. We had a language barrier, and he wouldn't let me use voice translation or contact the customer service. It took a long time to understand the €1050 deposit policy, and he insisted on me spending €69, which directly ruined one of my plans. It was so frustrating! The car rental service counter is easy to find. Just exit the airport and walk to the left. The biggest dark blue sign is OK Mobility.

Booked the car a month in advance, but there were no cars available upon arrival. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
