My advice is to buy full insurance on QEEQ and say 'No' to any additional offers at the store to avoid hassles with deductions.

Arrogant attitude

Picking up the car was convenient. They happily agreed to delay the pickup time after contacting them, and also extended the return time accordingly. Returning the car was fast and easy, with no pushy insurance sales tactics. The rental and billing explanations were clear. I rented a mid-sized car and got a free upgrade to a compact SUV, fortunately, as it had enough space for our luggage.
