I've rented from this BUF location several times. Dollar and Hertz share the same staff. The rental experience depends on your luck. There's one clerk who's extremely rude, making it clear that the reserved car is unavailable and you have to pay extra for an upgrade, or wait for a long time. Check out the reviews on Google Maps.

The attitude was average and the vehicle was not one of the three models I originally booked. I had to accept it in order to keep on schedule.
