Also, I was told that if I signed up for insurance directly with ACE Rental Cars at the pick-up counter, I would not have to pay any costs even if an accident occurs, but I ended up signing up for double insurance.

This is the second time I've rented a car from ACE. The staff is consistently enthusiastic. The small office is well-prepared with maps, travel guides, and SIM cards.
We were slightly awkward customers and kept changing details about where we were going to drop off/pick up the cars. At every point the staff were helpful and kind, and could always accommodate us whatever we asked for. It might be nice for them to make it clearer where drop-off points are not actually in the airport, though!

Easy to book, great online customer service, and great price!
Like: The people are friendly and helpful. I didn't get the promised photos of the car damages but as long as they weren't bothered, then I wasn't. But if there had been a problem with damage, this would have been a problem too. The car was very efficient on petrol. But the best thing was the staff. I left my house keys at the rental desk and the lovely woman from Ace drove to the airport to drop them off to me! Many thanks for that.
