The perfect experience of renting a car!

Before changing the car, I placed a new order to extend the rental for 10 days. At the time of return, I wanted to keep the original car, but the staff didn't give me a receipt, which led to them thinking I didn't return the car and charged me daily late fees. Despite multiple communications, they ignored me!

Car did exceed my expectations. I would have preferred to "skip the counter" and go straight to the pick-up lot - which I usually do as a Thrifty Blue Chip Member

I was unable to take advantage of a $30 "discount coupon" mentioned in a subsequent email.

Received smaller vehicle than anticipated. Ford Fiesta is not equivalent to Ford Focus. Additional charges were made that were not part of the reservation online!
