The same car model is advertised online at a low price to attract customers, but upon arrival, there are no cars available. Then, they use various tactics to try to cheat money. They intentionally operate under multiple brands (Enterprise/National/Alamo/Locauto), but in reality, it's the same dishonest company!
1. They tried to sell me insurance, claiming that the one from Zuzuche wasn't valid. After arguing, I didn't purchase it at the store. 2. Online payment via Zuzuche was not accepted, and the store required full payment upfront. The duplicated charges haven't been refunded yet. 3. I booked a Ford SUV, but upon arrival, they said there were no similar cars available, offering an electric car instead. I refused and had to wait over 40 minutes to get a similar car, which was a KN.
Very dissatisfied with the rental experience.
The reserved car was not available when we arrived at the store. We were given two options: a free upgrade to a Mercedes Benz van or a small manual car. On the narrow streets of Spain, driving the Mercedes van was impossible, and with two large suitcases, we couldn't fit our luggage in the manual car. Essentially, we were given two unusable options. After almost 3 hours of back-and-forth communication, they finally agreed to get a car from another location, and our luggage could barely fit. The car we got was a downgrade (a small Kia), but it only cost us 20 euros less. The entire process was extremely frustrating, and if it weren't for our necessary travel plans, I would have canceled the rental right then and there.
1. The car was not the specified model.
2. It was almost out of fuel and not as agreed, full tank upon pickup and return.
3. The car was dirty, especially the windshield, which was covered in spots that couldn't be cleaned, affecting visibility.
