Not nice at all

The order stated full-to-full fuel policy, but the car was given with an empty tank! Furthermore, the car's condition was poor with scratches and dents all over.

Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

Low cost rental so didnt expect a pristine vehicle. Bit dented up but ran well and was ok on the highway. Good value.

It was on the avegage level. I am not satisfied with the staff, they were not flexible, i could only leave the deposit with one bank account and so i had to pay 300 EUR insurance fee to cover the deposit.

I was surprised with the customer service offered by this company. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
