The Wish we rented was unavailable, so we got upgraded to a Mitsubishi Delica. While inspecting the vehicle, we noticed it was leaking oil, so we had to switch cars, which took a bit of time. However, the customer service was very good.
Like: The car save a lot of petrol and is enough for 2 people. They let us to return the car even though the time is outside the office hour Dislike: I thought I paid for a model Jazz or similar but the car was smaller than expected.
We filled up the petrol tank in full the night before in Sapporo as we had to return the car at 6:15am. It allowed us not to rush and it is around half Litre of petrol used from Sapporo to the airport anyway. The shop staff still asked me to fill the petrol again which costed me 85 yen in the end. i would rather to pay them 100 yen to save this hassle. A bit unhappy for rushing.
The service was good, but there was no indication that the compensation for the business insurance has an upper limit. Even though they have a partnership with QEEQ, they do not take responsibility for QEEQ’s terms, leaving everything to the customer to handle. This aspect was somewhat dissatisfying, but everything else was fine.
Like: Everything was smooth and good. I like the efficient and friendly service. Dislike: The GPS instructions are in Japanese; good if there is a version in English.
It was snowing heavily the day we arrived. The staff did not assist us in checking the car, just handed it over. This oversight caused us trouble later.
