Due to the young driver fee, the official website of Zuzuche said it wouldn't charge me, but on-site I was required to pay the fee, which delayed me for at least 2 hours.
The service attitude was very good. However, the price of the reserved safety seat and the second driver's fee were three times higher than what was requested at the time of pickup. After three flights, I was extremely tired and delayed nearly three hours at the airport. Problems couldn't be solved through international calls, so I was forced to pick up the car. The rental company promised to resolve this after I returned home, but after a month, they are still stalling. When changing the car at Sabiha Gokcen Airport, the staff couldn't speak English, and there was no formal return receipt. I had to struggle to get a handwritten note in the local language. This was still with Avis.
The pickup location is very prominent, you can see it right after exiting the airport. Since the reserved model was not available, they upgraded us to a BMW. The staff said I would love this model, and it was indeed very easy to drive.
On the way to return the car, after refueling and washing it at a gas station, the car broke down. The steering wheel locked up and it was undrivable. The gas station staff couldn't figure it out either, and we had to get help from a nearby car dealership for repairs. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach the rental company, and they even said the car wasn't rented from them. Contacting the booking platform also didn't help as they couldn't reach the rental company. It's confusing how the information was listed on your website. To this day, I haven't received any response on whether the car was successfully retrieved.

The overall trip was enjoyable and the car was quite comfortable.
The problem was at the airport during car pickup; the staff were not familiar with their tasks, causing a delay of one to two hours.
We had booked two cars suitable for drivers aged 25. However, the staff on site insisted that our model (a Nissan Qashqai) required drivers to be 27 years old. Since we were not 27, they demanded an additional charge of 18 euros (134 RMB) per day, without showing any price list. (Even if the age requirement wasn't met, the additional charge should have been similar to domestic rentals, which is about 10 lira per day, approximately 20 RMB per day.) This charge seemed suspiciously high, raising doubts that the staff might be pocketing the extra fee.
Upon showing him the email and the app order clearly stating the age requirement, he stubbornly insisted on the additional fee. When we couldn't resolve it, we contacted the car rental's customer service, but surprisingly, no one answered the phone calls. It was daytime and yet we couldn't get through. Instead, we got an immediate response via the app's online customer service using three phones at once. It's unclear what the emergency hotline is for.
Finally, a Chinese customer service representative contacted the staff in Turkey, allowing us to pick up the car for free.
It wasted a lot of our time. Seven people dragging seven or eight suitcases were stranded like fools. If there's a next time, I would likely not choose this rental company again.

About AVIS:4.0/10
The service attitude was good. We rented a premium car, a Volvo S60, but we were given a Nissan Qashqai. We three ladies didn't know much about cars and only realized later that we were downgraded. This was very disappointing. Initially, we were given a rather old Qashqai with a problematic trunk lock that wouldn't close. The staff attempted a repair, but we were concerned it might fail again during our trip and requested a replacement. They were reluctant at first, saying it wouldn't be an issue. We had the car for 8 days, and if it malfunctioned again, it could be blamed on us, disrupting our schedule. After insisting, they eventually replaced the car. The entire pick-up process took an hour.
