Everything was satisfactory. The car had no issues, and the pickup and dropoff process was very convenient. The car had been driven over 30,000 kilometers but was still relatively new.

Initially, they gave me a car larger than the one I booked (I reserved a 7-seater SUV). I was about to accept it, but it felt too big to drive comfortably. I went back to explain my concerns, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. They persisted and eventually found the model I wanted.

Overall service is satisfactory.

1. The rental office forced a Roadside Assistance Package (RSN) on me for $78, explaining it as 'various taxes and fees.' I was not careful at the time and did not question it. Remember to clearly review and ask about all charges before signing anything, since once signed, you cannot appeal. 2. I did not use the Toll Pass, but I was still charged $28 (4 dollars per day for 7 days). I suspect it's because I accidentally went through an electronic toll lane on the Golden Gate Bridge (although I had paid online in advance), which activated the toll pass and resulted in a daily charge. This is completely unreasonable.

I booked through Zuzuche, but the deposit wasn't processed promptly after returning the car. I didn't get my refund. I recommend booking directly with Avis.

I didn't even get to see the car, let alone rent it. They charged me the full amount upfront and didn't refund a single penny. Extremely terrible!

They just charge random fees.

They added accidental insurance without informing me, which is very unreasonable! The experience was terrible.

Friendly service and we received the perfect car for our travels.

We were totally happy with using QEEQ.Com for the first time. We even received a price reduction on the car we booked. Looking forward to using them again.
