It’s worth the money and good service. We’ve bought the whole insurance online though for the sake of it.

Lovely Filipina served me on pick up - we spent a while sharing some trip tips for her upcoming visit to Spain. That lovely feature of you called Price Drop Protection worked to perfection (once again) and helped me save £35 before I even stepped on my airplane to go to Calgary. Great customer service (as usual) when I had some doubts about the deposit. I will be trusting Easyrentcars.com again in the future, for sure!

Excellent service attitude and clear communication. Everything about insurance coverage was explained. Also, they upgraded us to an SUV with snow tires for free. Couldn't be better!

The car was what we asked for and met our needs. There was too much effort by the counter staff to upsell on insurance and too up size the car

No complaints with the process

I rented two cars, but only one was available because the card of the owner of one car couldn't be processed. It seemed their card machine was too old. Dollar requested a change of the primary owner, but the rental company said it wasn't possible, so we had to get a cash refund.

The car rental counter did not push additional paid services. There was a short wait to pick up the car (20 minutes). Following airport signs made returning the car straightforward and easy.

Not a fan of the upselling, but you can just ignore it.

I had already bought full car insurance and personal insurance on the website, but they kept pushing us to buy additional coverage and wanted us to pay extra for a better car, which was quite uncomfortable.

Excellent - when they heard about our attempts to get a roof rack they allocated us a Toyota Sienna that had very good boot space. Only improvement suggestion was what fuel we should use - there a 3 grades of petrol used in Canada and a dilemma as to which one to use - nothing inside the fuel hatch of the vehicle.

Went well - only improvement would be to identify the vehicle earlier so that we did not need to fret so much about luggage space.

An Indian lady assisted us. She was very friendly and suggested some insurance options. Once I mentioned I had already bought insurance in my home country, she didn't push further. We got a fuel service package, but since we didn't use much fuel, they didn't charge us for it when we returned the car. Very considerate.

Yes we had an upgrade.

Car was high mileage, 66,000 miles. Beat up field car. Piece of junk. Hard to believe how bad it was. Looked like it had been in 3 accidents (not repaired). Hundreds of scratches all over, not just a few. Chip in windshield they wanted to charge us for. Luckily my son had noted it on initial inspection sheet. The car was filthy. Dollar hosed it off for us. That did nothing. Do not rent from Dollar. !!!!!

Staff was okay...needs to be more informative on locations I needed to be at and show me on map on how to get to those locations..otherwise okay...

The employee at the Dollar rent-a-car counter in Calgary airport tricked me into signing a paper of unwanted option with extra charge. The employee told me that I should sign it just in case that I returned the car with empty tank but the fees will not be charged if I return the car full tank.
