The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

Like: I thought I was gonna be charged additional costs in renting the car. I was dubious with these sort of online bookings, to the extent that I booked with another company for another road trip just in case this one didn't go well. To my surprise, everything went really well and processes were quick, efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommended, very cheap and affordable.

Like: Overall is easy and smooth process, although location is not at airport.

Although Aucar Rental is not located at the airport, their shuttle service is excellent and prompt. We didn't have to wait long at all.

We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.

Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

The pick up lady was very rude, we also heard her on the phone being extremly rude to a lady that called so it wasnt just is she didnt like. You jist sensed she doesnt like australians or doesnt like people. That really put us off.

When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

Like: The car close to brand new
Dislike: The car hirer can tell us upfront that there were non tolls road so that customers do not need to incur extra for the tolls

Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.

Every staff member provided excellent service. They even drove to the airport to pick me up, which was quite far. Excellent service.

Dislike: The extras for the toll charges. to way too much as the extras >50% of toll value.

This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.

Very quick

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!
