They provided a new model Mitsubishi SUV with good performance. The pickup process at the airport was convenient and efficient.

Pickup at Auckland Airport on the North Island was quick, but it was slow at Picton Terminal on the South Island.

Poor service, waited a long time, constant upselling, the car had only 3/4 tank of gas. Ordered a booster seat but got a child seat instead, with no refund.

Easy pickup, brand new car provided, excellent service.

Overall, the customer service is efficient and the staff are attentive.

There is information asymmetry between the outlets. They promised something to the customer but couldn't fulfill it, claiming there were no cars available.

Everything was great. Picking up and dropping off the car was convenient with no inspections, showing full trust. I wanted to give 5 stars, but during pickup, they convinced me to buy what seemed like battery insurance. My English isn't good, so I didn't understand and paid an extra 100 NZD even though I had already bought full insurance!
