It's a local company, renting a car is convenient, good service, and the cars are in great condition. Highly recommended.

The service was good, and the car was in great condition.

The store is relatively close to the airport, but the process of getting the car is quite cumbersome and not as efficient as in Europe or the US. The vehicle is too small to accommodate luggage.

Purchased full insurance, but was charged extra at the store. Have receipts as proof.

The vehicle is new, with over 20,000 kilometers on it. I bought fuel for 88 NZD, which was at a 20% discount for a full tank. I didn't check the fuel gauge when returning the car.

When there was a charge for vehicle damage in Christchurch, the staff at the store actively helped to check the information and asked for materials. They were very patient.

After arriving at the airport, you can make a call and they'll arrange for a car to pick you up and take you to their office. It's quite convenient. The same goes for returning the car; they'll take you back to the terminal.

After getting off the plane, I couldn't reach them by phone; it was always busy. I had to walk half an hour to the pickup location. No Chinese service available. The advantage is that there were no extra sales pitches.

The wait for the shuttle at the airport took a bit too long. However, everything else was quite smooth and efficient, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The car was very new and even had a rearview camera. It was a perfect car rental experience, and I'll choose it again when I go to New Zealand.

Pretty good

The service was good. This time, the car rented at the airport had the engine warning light on when we arrived in Auckland. Later, we drove back to the airport branch to exchange it. It would have been better if the EZI Auckland city branch could offer a free replacement, so we wouldn't have to drive to the airport branch to exchange the car. Overall, the service was good and still worth recommending.

Waited for a long time at the airport entrance for their shuttle, which didn't come. The store said it was because of traffic. What a joke. Other rental company shuttles came three times. Did they fly?

The pickup location is a bit far, but the on-site staff, although few, are quite efficient and the procedures are simple.

The front desk is entirely in English, which can be confusing for those who are not fluent.
