Car was clean on outside but inside upholstery stained and needed a deep clean. The car had numerous marks on bodywork and I was apprehensive signing off on the condition. The car run ok for the week although the tyre pressure monitor activated. Overall I would give the car a 6/10

I booked a package for an Audi A3 auto.
However they charged me more because it wasn't available and gave me a Renault capture. Which is a lower classed vehicle.
They also did the same with the lady in front of us who came off the same flight. Which shows that for commission they are cheating the customers.
Extremely satisfied. I chose this car rental company with a sense of exploration, but today I must say, this is the most professional car rental company I've used in Europe. All the service terms were exactly as displayed on the website, with every charge clearly explained before making any transactions. The only downside is the mileage limit (the website shows 500 km/day, but it was actually 400 km/day when picking up the car). This mileage is not sufficient for a trip to the hot air balloon ride, as the round trip to the airport alone requires 650 km.
This company is a scam. The rental cost over 400 euros and included basic insurance. However, at the counter, I was told there was a 2000 euro deposit and a 180 euro fee for transactions. They then tried to sell me full insurance, saying it would waive the fee and be cheaper than 180 euros. I needed the car urgently, so I had to spend another 1700 RMB on insurance and got totally ripped off! Currently, I'm in the process of filing a complaint.

I still have not received my insurance deposit of €1900 back after 8 days! Disgusting! Never use them again and if my money isn’t back within the next 48 hours I’ll be pursuing them legally!
Finally reached this stage! Due to a flight delay and the airline in Turkey losing my luggage, I was unable to pick up the car within six hours of the scheduled time, leading the rental company to charge me the full prepayment without refund. I called the car rental service immediately after the flight delay, and they tried their best to help. Anyone who has experienced a flight delay and lost luggage simultaneously knows how frustrating it is. However, this terrible rental company showed no empathy whatsoever (I was later extorted by traffic police for 26,000 lira while driving in Turkey). I want to emphasize: I paid the full prepayment, not just a reservation fee. For those days, the car's usage rights were supposed to be mine even if I hadn't shown up on time. They shouldn't have rented it to someone else as I was only a few hours late. It was deeply unfair to not at least partially refund me. I don't want to say much more, but it's like throwing money away. It's regrettable that our great ancestors didn't manage to eradicate certain reptilian beings. Just my opinion, though many online say Turkey is a wonderful place. Indeed, I received good service elsewhere. Finally, I hope this rental company chokes on the double earnings. If you pollute the Bosphorus with your greed, Istanbul won't be as beautiful. Lastly, I wish your currency skyrockets in value.
I got a new car with 1200 kilometers. I rented it for 8 days and drove the entire route without any issues. The experience was great, and the rental fee was indeed low, around 100 yuan per day. 5 stars!
The car rental company is actually pretty good. They should have more confidence in Dacia. It's a large car, and even though the features are a bit lacking, it's still acceptable. The trunk can fit two 18-inch suitcases with some space left over. The driving experience is just average.
The staff at the store are honest. I returned the car in a hurry, and the pre-authorization wasn't released yet. However, there were no upsells for insurance or anything when picking up the car. When I returned the car later than expected, I was in a rush to catch my flight. Nobody was there initially, which made me a bit anxious. But when I came back at the scheduled time, someone showed up and quickly checked the car.
I'll be renting another car in a couple of days, so I will provide another review regarding the rental fees.
The car was fine, it was a VW T-Cross instead of the Audi Q2 I was expecting. It was pretty scuffed up on the exterior, but this was already confirmed by them. The engine was pretty underpowered for the hilly roads in Marbella however.
They made an error on calculating my mileage for when I returned the car, which came out to 15 thousand kilometers driven in 5 days! So they sent me an invoice for over 6300 euros in excess kilometers. Obviously I contacted their customer support to dispute this and fix the error but I did not hear back from them for 2 days. I then contacted them by telephone at which points they informed me that the error was already corrected. That was a relief to hear, but then why was I not informed of this correction via email?
They will also try to upsell you their insurance package even when you have already purchased full insurance via Qeeq, claiming that only their own insurance is adequate, and if you do not choose it they will pre-charge 1400 euros from your credit card as a security deposit. Pretty ridiculous, but Goldcar is not the only one to do this.
