We ordered a small car but got a big SUV which didn't suit as well. It was too large for some situations and would not have been as fuel efficient as a smaller car.
The rental car was not ready at time of pickup. Car was parked in a different bay to the one told to me and written on the vehicle information. Car was not washed externally, evidence of mud and road grime evident.

There's a error message pop up in the car but it did not affect the performance of the car. Informed the staff at Enterprise when I sent the car back and the guy was helpful and said they will sort it out.
Dissatisfied. Reserved a Toyota Kluger, but the counter said only Pajero was available. In the end, we got an Outlander. It was downgraded several classes. Originally, other companies offered Outlander at less than half the price of Enterprise, but we chose this company to get a Kluger. In the end, we still got an Outlander. Very unhappy.

Great once we got the cat -but you cannot contact anyone - they don’t answer the phone. We were delayed to get to pick up car and for 24 hours tried to call and no one answered the phone. Very stressful and unhelpful. No way to make contact with them to ask help and advice. We needed to talk to a person in cairns and we couldn’t.
I had wait longtime for car wasn't ready.in the end I requested a upgrade I only booked one day an in the end that's what they did. If car isn't available offer another car straight away so not wait longtime people have timetables
Everything is ok but I am not satisfied with the car type I booked which I am booking Mitsubishi Outlander (medium, 5 seater) but I get Mitsubishi ASX (small, seater). I try clearify with the staff but they said have left that model. They promised to discount me due to this case however, seems like they don't take any follow up when I return them the car and with reason that they need to refer to their manager. This is not good the experience with Enterprise. What I booking might end up with not I am expected. I might thinking to use other platform the rent the car instead of , or the avoid company like Enterprise
