Hidden charges are particularly deceptive. They don’t allow changing the main driver, and adding a second driver costs over 130 euros, which is more than double the rental fee. Returning the car half an hour early incurs an additional out-of-hours fee of 55 euros, and the staff doesn’t inform you at all. Definitely a rental company to avoid.

When returning the car, I asked the staff if they needed to inspect it. They said no, just to leave, but then I was inexplicably charged for damage.

The service attitude was perfunctory, and they forced you to buy full insurance, costing an extra 1,000 yuan. They wouldn't give you the car if you didn't buy it. Beware!

The service was decent. The rental car company is not located inside the airport, but they provide shuttle service. The main issue was the long wait time to pick up the car due to the large number of people.

Wait for pick up excessive. Car almost new / good. Collected a Citroen c3 - dog of a car. Return smooth.

Easy booking and much cheaper than alternatives!

The overall service of OK Mobility was acceptable. However, the guy who assisted me during pickup took too long. We had a language barrier, and he wouldn't let me use voice translation or contact the customer service. It took a long time to understand the €1050 deposit policy, and he insisted on me spending €69, which directly ruined one of my plans. It was so frustrating! The car rental service counter is easy to find. Just exit the airport and walk to the left. The biggest dark blue sign is OK Mobility.

The service was excellent, the car was almost brand new with just over a thousand kilometers.

Picking up the car was distressing. Despite having independent CDW insurance there was a hard sell for their own insurance to cover the excess. I was offered an automatic and larger car for €10 per day which I declined only to find that the car allocated already was automatic and spacious. It left me with a feeling that the process was fundamentally dishonest
