From Washington, DC to Atlantic City, NJ, ending at JFK Airport, New York

The car was slightly bigger than expected and in very good condition. Nice to drive. Counter staff were very helpful and got us on our way promptly.

This is the second time using QEEQ and the service and ease of use are great.

It was the first time my car was downgraded, which was frustrating. However, we left quickly because we had other plans.

Budget is part of AVIS, so the service was fine... However, the staff worked very slowly, and the pickup process was too slow... Also, they charged my credit card four times. Although I raised this issue on the spot, the staff only acknowledged two charges and canceled one on the spot. It was quite chaotic!

They charged us an additional 60 dollars on arrival.

The car was great for our needs; spacious, easy and comfortable to drive and to manoeuvre.

The price was very good value for money.
