Got the car changed for no reason, bad service!

The staff was rude and initially gave the wrong car, but only admitted it later and then replaced it. The waiting time in line was long.

The staff was courteous during pickup, and even without a line, the process took over 20 minutes, which felt a bit slow. But on the day of return, we were inexplicably charged a large fee. When we filed a complaint with the car rental company, it took over a month for them to respond that the charges were for additional insurance, a child seat, and prepaid fuel. But we had brought our child seat from China, and we returned the car with a full tank. We had been too trusting and handed the car over to the parking staff, who did a brief check and told us we could leave. As a result, we were unfairly charged. After much negotiation, the charges were eventually refunded, but the long complaint process really affected our experience. In the future, we will make sure to verify all these details before leaving.

The agent's English was poor and he kept pushing additional insurance. I had to ask my French friend to speak with him in French over the phone to resolve it. Bad service! The car I got was a Toyota Avensis (station wagon), but I couldn't find it in the options so I selected 'Toyota Corolla' instead.

The attitude was mediocre. Mainly, I was very dissatisfied with the car! Extremely difficult to drive and very cramped!
