Was warned to be very careful and read terms, surcharges at every wrong move. I followed their rules and all was ok. Phew! Leave enough time at drop off for checkover/handover, just dropping keys off and running to catch flight could be costly.

El vehiculo que nos dieron no era el pactado, nos dieron un fiat 500. El nivel de gasolina no estaba lleno, yo devolvi vehiculo con deposito lleno. El vehiculo en perfecto estado, muy bien

The staff appears constantly overwhelmed and the wait times are unacceptable (second time this year I rent from this location). There was a line snaking out the door to return vehicle and I had to use the key drop off else I would have missed my plane. They should invest in the same technology as other Hertz/Thifty locations where staff meets incoming cars with hand held device that checks customer out. Last time I picked up a car from this Hertz location it took over 45 minutes to get out! I will definitely make sure I rent from one of the other agencies next time I'm in BOD.

Une personne au guichet le vendredi à 16h pour récupérer une voiture et 20 minutes par client. Pas de petite voiture disponible alors que je l'avais commandé depuis 2 mois. Problème de coffre à la prise de la voiture et encore 20 mn d'attente pour en trouver une autre !! Je ne recommanderai pas Thrifty et He

Juste une remarque: il n'y avait pas le plein dans la voiture lorsque je l'ai récupéré, ce qui n'est pas normal (il manquait environ 15litres !)

Personne au comptoir. Plus de trois clients attendaient. Puis le personnel de Hertz que nous avons interrogé après 20 mn d'attente , nous a dit que c'était la même maison . Une honte

The car was just as expected so no complaints it just took a long time to pick the car up due to the lack of staff serving on the counters

The big problem was after I dropped the car off. I left the keys in their office, on their desk. there was no one at the desk at the time and I thought this would be more convenient for them. There were staff from other car rental firms in the same office. Because I left the keys on the desk and not in a box, I was fined 60 euros. There was no indication that this would happen in the documentation. No harm came to the vehicle because. My impression is that thrifty uses any means it can to extract more money from its customers.

The insurance was only online so when i got the car they td me that i would have to advance the payments if ever and get reimbursed later. This was really bad experience for me.

Le siège du véhicule n’était pas très confortable. Le véhicule essence boîte automatique m’a obligé a refaire 3 pauses carburant dans la journée.

Le personnel était arrogant

Thrifty provides a good service but counter staff were a little preoccupied and busy at the time we dealt with them.

Few cars available in the catagory reserved. The car offered was dirty , full of scratchs !

Lovely car, bigger and better than expected.

I thought the price tracking thing was great. I felt that I was getting great value for money.

Upon arrival the gentleman at the rentals desk knew who I was and knew about my booking. There was no confusion and no hard sell of extra insurance. I was given a vehicle in the next category up because they didn't have the one I'd originally booked. There was no option of choosing a vehicle - I was given a Renault Trafic minibus, which was fairly new and in good condition however there was no stereo! Return of the vehicle was smooth (posted keys in letterbox) and I got an email later that afternoon confirming everything was ok. Would definitely use them again.
