1. Did not get the reserved car model, got a downgrade instead of an upgrade; 2. Waiting time was too long;

Like: I was very skeptical because the price was less than half than everyone else but everything was perfect!!

Charged me more than expected.

Long lines and few agents, waited for a long time. When it was finally my turn, they wanted to charge extra for a car with GPS because of the sound system. I refused and had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager. They first gave me a Prius, which I refused again, then the manager spent another 20 minutes to get me a Chrysler 300 with GPS.

They offered an SUV for an extra $20 per day, which felt like a great deal.

Quick service due to few customers. The staff was friendly and even offered an upgrade.

I was overcharged $35 for Non PKG Items. Very dissatisfied.

There is a bus available at the airport that takes you to the Budget store. It's easy to find since it is located with other rental places.

There were over twenty people in line, and only one person was working. I don't know what the others were doing in the office, but at the very least, they need to ensure the counter service. The service attitude was okay, but the unexplained charges were very confusing. I was charged a deposit twice, paid the rental fee in advance, and was unexpectedly charged again when returning the car. They said the deposit and charges would be refunded within two business days, but there has been no news. Make sure to purchase third-party liability insurance before booking, otherwise, you won't be able to pick up the car.

The service was acceptable.

They said it was a free upgrade with no extra charges, but they debited over 1000 RMB from my credit card.

Originally booked vehicle was fine without an upgrade, but was misled by sales into an unnecessary upgrade. Sales also misled about fuel charges, road tolls, etc., and didn't install an automatic payment device. Very poor experience.

Very satisfied with the company's service. They provided us with the pre-booked Ford Edge SUV that we wanted. The service attitude was great, and the car's performance was excellent.

Great service. Initially booked a Ford Edge, but they didn't have one, so they offered a Chevy Tahoe, which was also unavailable. Finally got a Grand Cherokee. Budget is quite reliable, and I've always rented from them when traveling in the US.

The staff was terrible, charged a lot of extra fees, repeatedly confirmed it was a deposit that would be returned upon car return, but in the end, was inexplicably charged a lot of fees! Very bad service, the first part of the rental with Hertz was very good.
