Pick-up was troublesome and staff indifferent, but the young man who assisted us during the drop-off was very helpful, despite his hoarse voice. Great service!

At the airport, you need to call to arrange a shuttle to the rental location instead of waiting at a fixed spot as instructed. An additional fee of 30 euros applies for service outside business hours, but they did not inform us of this in advance when contacted by phone.

The company is okay, but I advise everyone to take a photo of the odometer when picking up the car. Also, my rental had a built-in GPS, but the staff said it didn't and made us rent one. It didn't work well, so we ended up using the car's built-in one.

The store is elegant, and the staff have a good attitude.

A very disappointing overseas car rental experience. We spent a long time finding the rental company shuttle bus at the airport, and then the rental company refused to accept the driving license translation provided by the app.

(1) The day before leaving Barcelona, we found the car tire had been mysteriously punctured. Since we only had basic insurance, Autoclick advised us to handle it ourselves. After two phone calls with no response, we couldn't reach them again. Very poor service, and they didn't inform us about any free towing services, which cost us an extra 80 euros. Very disappointing. (2) The store is a bit far from the airport with no clear signage. We spent a long time searching for it and only found it after calling to get the exact address.

The front desk is understaffed and inefficient, with a wait time of over an hour for car pickup. However, the return process is relatively smoother.

Dislike: Was not clear when booking that the rental office was not in the airport. Wasnt a big deal but i wasted time looking for the office inside the terminal. Had to call to find out.
